Recommendation Cohorts

• Within the Recommendation cohorts screen you can now see a dynamic list creation for contact step names that you define and set. Each of the contact step tabs should have a different color and be validated then you'll be able to track the status of the case there. Recommendation status' will still update automatically. Please note there is a max of 10 contact steps.

Follow-up list filter by reco source

• Since we now enable you to create recommendations on the Search page, you can filter the Follow-up List by that source value now to be NLP-created or user-created

Fax Deliveries

• We updated the deliveries tab for Fax messages to show the referring physician's NPI number and also enabled a search by fax number and NPI.

Search improvements

• On the Search Report text page, we made some updates to the page load speed to not show results before you search for a keyword or phrase. This should help with better load speed and usability.

Quality Metrics improvements

• We updated the quality metrics page to have direct links to view the follow-up list based on a NPI filter.

Activity Logs

• In the activity logs we added a search capability to find a specific report faster based on accession number.
