- You can now search for specific keywords in reports, add them to a cohort for messaging, and determine if that patient has completed a specific appointment, order or exam afterwards. We put in place a configuration after the search is "add to cohort" button is selected to determine how to count the reports in the cohort and messaging campaign.
- Days between reports -> The max range here is 450 days (15 months). The is utilized to determine the status categories below based on the modalities selected in the next step. If a patient had a report before the days selected it will not count. But if
- Initial modality -> Subsequent Modality - we are tracking the report to report modality to determine the below statuses. If you only want to track CT -> CT or MG -> US you would need to add those here so that we now how to calculate if the patient completed the exam
- Status Categories:
- not_compliant: If there is no subsequent report, but there is an appointment or prescription that is overdue.
- completed: If there is a subsequent report within the given number of days.
- scheduled: If there is a subsequent appointment within the given number of days.
- ordered: If there is a subsequent prescription within the given number of days.
- not_completed: If none of the above conditions are met.
Custom Charts:
- On the Overview page, you will now see an ability to "edit displayed charts" on the screen. By default, we have the same selected charts available to you. However, you now have the option to add the Custom charts that you created to your Overview page for easy viewing. You can also hide specific charts and rearrange the order that you see fit.
Order Diagnosis:
- We are now storing the diagnosis on the incoming order so that we can eventually match that downstream to the recommendations made by the radiologist from the exam.
Tyrer-Cuzick Score:
- We are showing the TC score on the Report Search page within the column and the modals now. So you know the structured value in a more easily viewable way. This is also connected to downstream messaging platform so that you can trigger messaging based on specific values.
