Custom Charts

  • You can now view the recommendation history in the custom charts creation process to see when a recommendation was changed by you and your team. Additionally, you can group the notes that your team creates by the task type so you can measure your teams work progress
  • We've added a few new datasets to the custom charts for prescriptions and appointments. So you can now measure the impact recommendations are having on the in between stages of a patient visit.

Bug fixes

  • On the follow up list we noticed that the chevrons were not viewable upon zooming, so we've fixed that to be able to still use the back and forth chevron arrows when the modal is open to easily navigate between recommendations.

Letter Templates (word doc)

  • On the follow-up list, we just released a way to create letter templates and download them as a word document so you can change the styling and content if you'd like before printing. This works with both single select letter templates and bulk action printing.

Age Filter

  • We've updated the age filter on the follow-up list to have configurable age buckets so that you can find patients that meet your demographics criteria more effectively. You can change the buckets on the Recommendation Configuration and see those reflected in the follow-up list dropdown.

Custom Charts Edit

  • You're now able to update your existing Custom Charts filters for your analytics so that you don't have to create a new chart from scratch. Just hit the edit icon -> Edit Filters and apply your new filters and save the chart.

Export Selected - Follow-up List

  • We just released an ability to export selected recommendations in the Follow-up List. You can select a few in the current tab and hit the Bulk Actions button to export the selected recommendations. Additionally, you can export the current status tab you are in and all the filters that you've used should also apply.

Cohort modality anatomy drop downs

  • Within the cohort creation we previously had static modality and anatomy dropdown options. Now those are dynamically populated with values that match what we are extracting from your reports and recommendations.

It's time for another product release! We put together some minor improvements around usability and styling for you, more details below.

Horizontal Scroll Buttons

  • On the follow-up list, you will now see 2 horizontal arrow buttons to help you scroll horizontally and see the additional columns that are available.

User Settings

  • In the Manage Users Screen, you will now be able to view inactive users and change their login status from active to inactive and vice versa as well.

Link styling

  • On the follow-up list and a few other places, you will see that the styling for the Patient MRN is updated to look more like a link, well because it is one! You can click through that MRN to view the patient profile in more detail.

Download Custom Chart Data

  • The Custom Chart view you can now download a CSV file of the raw values after you have created a graph, so that you can add it to your own spreadsheets and play around with the data some more.

Cohort Manual Refresh

  • On the Cohort detail page, you can now manually refresh the patient count through a button click. This cohort count has previously been refreshed on a daily basis, so this option gives more near-realtime feedback around when the count was last updated.

Custom Chart Filter by Message Sent

  • on the Custom Charts page, you can now add a filter on the reports data subset by Message Sent so that you can get a sense of how messages are affecting all the reporting metrics.

Inactive Users

  • We had a backend flag to disable users if they leave your organization, however we didnt show that on the users screen. Now on the Invited Users page you can see the row grayed out and a column indicating if a user is active or inactive.

Incoming Messages

  • On the incoming message screen, you now have the ability to filter the messages by the report location. This will help streamline message loading and give the ability to act on only patients from different locations.

Settings

  • Default date toggle is now an option to turn off the dates applied on initial load of the follow up screen all together. If you'd rather load all the recommendations on the follow-up list by default, you can check out the Recommendation Configuration page to turn it off

Manage Users

  • You can now see all users in manage users screen

Follow-Up List

  • We added in an ability to filter the follow up list by -empty- recommendation modality i.e. if the NLP did not find a modality to extract from the report
  • Search in the follow-up list has bee updated to enable additional fields including by Patient phone number, Name and MRN

Reporting

  • You can now subscribe to a Monthly KPI email in the subscription center that will aggregate the numbers in the email on a monthly basis.
  • We're always updating performance, and we just pushed another one to the charts on the Overview screen that measure adherence

In this release we have 2 main features being deployed.

First, it's this popup, the notification center is where we will post new features that we release as soon as they are in production. Let us know if you have any feedback about it.

Secondarily, included in this release is the option to include personalized content in the SMS response options. You can view this from the Messages -> Incoming -> Edit Default Responses to see if you'd like to include personalized text in any of your responses.

Custom Charts Update

Within the Custom Charts navigation, we just deployed a way to create new chart types that are non-time-series for the Recommendation data. You can now create pie charts and gauge charts to ask questions like how many of my recommendations are conditional? Whats the breakdown of modalities and anatomy of recommendations?
