Change Recommendation Status

  • Within the ‘Follow-Ups’ list you can override the recommendation status (or ‘Action Status’) to accurately reflect the status of each case.

  • You can also override the recommendation status (or ‘Action Status’) on the ‘Recommendation Details’ pop-up screen:

StatusDescription
AdherentThis status is used if a patient has completed the follow-up exam is completed between ‘Min Due Date’ minus 30 days and 60 days after ‘Max Due Date’ (the Adherence Range’).
AcknowledgedThis status is used if a referring doctor and/or patient have been reached (either manually or via automated notification) and we've received an acknowledgement that they are aware of the recommendation and that they will take the necessary next steps.
Not Clinically NecessaryThis status is used if the referring doctor doesn't agree with the radiologist’s recommendation, perhaps based on additional clinical information that they have.
Completed ElsewhereThis status is used if the referring doctor and/or patient respond to communications (either via phone call or digital communication) and confirm that they went elsewhere to complete the follow-up.
Scheduled Not CompletedThis status is used if an appointment is set for a future date and matched to the recommendation from the original report.
Patient DeceasedThis status is used if the referring doctor and/or a patient’s relative inform us that the patient is unfortunately deceased.
UnsubscribedThis status is used if a patient unsubscribes from automated text messaging and email.
Navigator ClosedThis status is used if a user wishes to manually close out a recommendation, without the recommendation dropping off the ‘Follow-Ups’ list.
Needs Prior AuthThis status is used if a patient is waiting on insurance authorization to schedule the exam.
Needs PrescriptionThis status is used if a patient is waiting on a prescription from their referring doctor to complete the recommendation.
Rx ReceivedThis status is used if a patient is waiting on a prescription from their referring doctor to complete the recommendation.
