Configure 'Follow-Ups' List
- You can access the recommendation configurator via the ‘Settings’ menu option at the top of your screen and clicking the
Reco Config
option
This menu allows you to make critical decisions about what you want to display on the ‘Follow-Ups’ list. This includes:
Conditional Recommendations:
Option to show or hide conditional recommendations (i.e. if patient is high risk, then recommend CT scan)
Negated Recommendations:
Option to show or hide negated recommendations (i.e. no follow-up is recommended)
Impression Pointer:
Option to look for recommendations in the entire report or the impression section only
No Timeframe Imputation:
Option to set default Min and Max due dates for follow-ups that do not contain an explicit due date
No Timeframe Unequal Modalities Imputation :
If the originating report modality
and the recommendation modality
are different and there is No Timeframe
identified, we consider these more "Immediate" recommendations and you can set a different default timeframe value for the Min and Max due date
Implied Modality Imputation
If our NLP engine can't pick up an explicit modality
from the recommendation, you have the option to configure the follow-up list to use an Imputed Modality
which we map to the originating exam modality
as the recommendation modality. A good way to see this is to select Modality = none
on the Follow-up List filters
and toggle this switch on and off
IMPORTANT: Please note that changes to recommendation configurations will only affect new recommendations entered into the system. If you would like your changes to be reflected on all historical recommendations, please contact the Imagine team via the support email.
