Weekly KPI Stats Email

In this email, we put together a number of stats that translate to how your follow-up program is performing.

1. New Recommendations Identified
   1. A count of the recommendations that were created from last week's reports
2. Recommendations Due
   1. A count of all the recommendations that have an adherence due date of the prior week. (i.e. Due date plus 60 days)
3. Recommendations Due last week that were completed
   1. A count of all the recommendations that have an adherence due date of the prior week that are in the status = adherent category.

Weekly Quality Metrics Email

In this email, we put together a number of stats around how your radiologists are making recommendations.

1. Reports Created
   1. Count of the reports that we received the prior week
2. Recommendations Created
   1. Count of the recommendations we created the prior week grouped by Modality and Anatomy
3. Recommendation Rate
   1. Metric 2 Divided by Metric 1 (Recommendations Created / Reports Created)
4. Complete Quality Recommendations
   1. A count of the recommendations created the prior week that have a Start or end timeframe, a modality and an anatomy detailed in the recommendation
   2. With Timeframe = a count of recommendations the have either a start or end timeframe
   3. With Modality = a count of recommendations that specify a modality
   4. With Anatomy = a count of recommendations that specify an anatomy
